What you will do
- Rack, cable, power and commission nodes at customer sites.
- Carry out scheduled maintenance including coolant service, filter changes and inspection.
- Respond to incidents: diagnose, replace, escalate, and record what happened.
- Keep asset, firmware and service records accurate.
- Represent the company in a customer facility, where behaviour matters as much as competence.
What you need
- Three years or more in data centre operations or field hardware service.
- Comfort with rack work, structured cabling, power distribution and safe working practice.
- Methodical fault-finding and clear written handover.
- Based in Riyadh, with willingness to travel.
Useful, not required
- Liquid-cooled or high-density deployment experience.
- Electrical or mechanical certification.
- Arabic language proficiency.
